Use a recognized method suitable for the project activity and data.

MRV quality

Monitoring, reporting, and verification systems that can withstand scrutiny.

Safeguards

Social, environmental, stakeholder, and grievance considerations.

Permanence & leakage

Especially important for forestry, land use, and removal projects.

Independent validation & verification

Third-party review before issuance or claims.

Registry traceability

Serial numbers, issuance records, transfers, and retirement evidence where applicable.

Claims support

Buyer-facing language that avoids overstatement and greenwashing risk.

No-greenwashing policy

We separate project activity from issued carbon credits.

A tree-planting program, solar installation, clean-cooking rollout, or waste project may create climate value, but it is not automatically a carbon credit. We only describe a credit as issued when the applicable documentation and registry status support that description.

Carbon Credits Bangladesh provides documentation and claim guidance, but buyers should obtain their own legal and sustainability review before making public claims.
